CogniFlow

CogniFlow is an AI companion that lives in the gap between therapy sessions — a patient-facing AI companion and a therapist-facing dashboard that bridges the time between appointments, so the work that happens in the room can be informed by the life that happens outside it.

Solution

Patients get a daily check-in (mood plus a sentence about their day) and an AI they can talk to any time, especially during distress — it listens, validates, and gently reframes unhelpful thought patterns, surfacing coping strategies their therapist has written for them.

Challenges

If a patient is in crisis, the AI directs them to human help and flags it to their therapist rather than trying to handle it alone.

Results

The therapist-facing dashboard shows a patient's week at a glance — mood trajectory, key themes from conversations, and flagged moments — so the next session starts already informed by what's been going on.
