Solution
StudyOS addresses the fundamental problem that learning materials are inaccessible for students with diverse needs, creating significant barriers to academic success. Dyslexic students struggle with text-heavy content and dense paragraphs leading to comprehension difficulties. ADHD learners are overwhelmed by unstructured, lengthy materials making sustained focus challenging. One-size-fits-all lectures lack personalisation, failing to adapt to individual learning styles and needs.
Challenges
The platform offers AI Summaries from simple overviews to deep dives tailored to comprehension level, Mind Maps and Visuals that transform complex information into engaging diagrams, Dyslexia-Friendly Mode with optimised fonts spacing and layouts, ADHD Focus Mode with content chunking interactive micro-quizzes and distraction-free interfaces, Personalized Customization that adapts instantly to individual student profiles, and Text-to-Speech Audio with natural-sounding voices.
Results
The platform follows a four-step workflow: Personalize the application to suit individual learning needs, Upload lectures in various formats including PDF PPT plain text or video links, Select learning needs from accessibility settings including dyslexia ADHD simplification translation or deeper insights, then Receive personalised outputs including tailored summaries audio files interactive mind maps and quizzes.
